About the Game

Our cinematic open-world hero shooter video game takes place on Nebulous Prime, a small planet in the beautiful Stellar Jewel Box nebula. Filled with playable stories, meaningful quests, arenas, and game challenges. Allowing players to freely explore and discover all of the beautiful details as revealed. An Executive Producer builds the bridges for our video game marketplace, from idea to concept, from 3D to gameplay, it all runs through your filter of video game development to keep it on budget, on schedule, and the keep scope of the project on track and communicated to all stakeholders as needed.

IMU Studios is looking to fill the starring role of Video Game Executive Producer. This position is responsible for overseeing all phases of our game development projects from the concept phase through release and then reaching far beyond.

You are responsible for connecting our vision with our potential, constructing the very essence of our worldwide market success. You are on the phone, online, and meeting face-to-face as much as required. Connecting with video game publishers, potential investors, potential partners, corporate alliances, and with team leads, getting them all to commit more, to focus everyone on the goals of this empowering vision as it unfolds at the highest level possible.

Executive Duties

Business direction and guidance, cash flow, and strategic Marketing Plan implementation. Pitch and showcase the project at all stages as required. Edit and share elevator pitches. Attend video game conferences booking, in advance, all of the pre-meetings with potential publishers, potential development partners, and high-level marketing relationships. Simply narrow the focal point to produce outstanding results. Establish, adhere and schedule realistic milestones and budget forecasts. The Executive Producer is responsible to review and approve project milestones and related payments to keep the project on track.

The Executive Producer is responsible for the identification, selection, negotiation, and ongoing management of internal game developers and external third parties. The EP also ensures the highest quality game objectives are delivered, meeting milestones, budgets, and schedules. This position manages a team of game production leads, to maintain oversight of all projects ensuring the identification and communication of product goals, and project progress, and increasing quality and function to limit any risks.

Work to manage the day-to-day needs of our studios, leads, and teams. Provided high-level leadership to the development team to manage our relationship with the publisher(s) and distribution chains. Direct and manage the flow of products from development through gameplay, Localization, and QA, to operations for worldwide distribution. Monitor and assist the development team with financial, creative, and developmental issues.

Collaborating with all team leads to produce our character-driven Sci-fi, high-fantasy, hero shooter set in a first-person action game, with role-playing elements. Expanding our open-world game, as designed, and into the future.

The Executive Producer manages project communication reporting directly to our stakeholders and executive management, as well as external stakeholders. The EP ensures a secure link with our marketing partners and the ability to manage the leading of gaming influencers to position all of our products effectively toward mass consumer desire and awareness.

Ability to discover the yeses, the motivations to get those agreeing responses in writing, and the patience to enlist people foundationally into the momentum of our movement.
