For which tasks (responsibilities)?

1. Written and verbal communication with leads;
2. Negotiation and closing deals;
3. Working with lead generators to improve conversion and leads’ quality;
4. Cooperation with other sales and recruiters to plan hiring and staffing;
5. Collaborate with project managers to improve customer service;

What kind of professional are we looking for?


1. Experience of sales at Upwork;
2. Advanced English;
3. Strong negotiation skills;
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize;

*It will be a plus:*
1. Experience in organizing work in a team and coordination, the ability to set up processes;
2. Basic knowledge or experience working with CRM;
3. Interest in web design and development.
