Creative Producer

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for a Creative Producer to craft standout ads for mobile apps and games on Facebook, TikTok, and Google. If you have a talent for developing innovative ad campaigns and experience in creative management, we'd love to have you on board!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with motion designers and agencies while also sourcing new ones to support our creative development needs

• Consistently generate fresh creative ideas for mobile app and game advertisements on Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms

• Set tasks and ensure the quality of creatives based on predefined hypotheses, iterating based on provided feedback

• Optimize and streamline creative production workflows

• Analyze competitors' creative strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation

• Collaborate with the UA team on planning, retrospectives, and brainstorming sessions

• Source UGC creators and manage communication with them

• Produce creative assets when needed

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a creative producer/manager

• Experience in managing teams of designers or collaborating with external agencies/freelancers

• Proven ability to analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CPI, IPM, etc.) and iterate accordingly

• Active user of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

• English proficiency (B2+)

Nice to Have

• Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, or Pika, as well as AI avatar tools like Arcads, Creatify, Heygen, and Poolday

• A proactive approach to testing and adopting new AI tools to enhance creative production

• Background in UA/media buying (gaming/fintech)
